1. Your License to Use SCENE

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use SCENE for personal, non-commercial use (or, for SCENE Business customers, the agreed business use).

2. Restrictions

• No copying, modifying, or creating derivative works of SCENE's software or design.
• No reverse engineering or extracting underlying models or data.
• No use of SCENE marks without prior written permission.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of original content you submit and grant SCENE the license described in the Terms of Service.

4. DMCA Notices

If you believe content on SCENE infringes your copyright, send a notice to our Designated Agent including: (a) your contact info; (b) identification of the copyrighted work; (c) identification of the infringing material and its location on SCENE; (d) a good-faith statement; (e) a statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act; and (f) your signature.

5. Counter-Notices
